Job Description

Marketing Services Specialist is charged with administrative support of Marketing department in terms of documenting of all Marketing projects according to JDE internal policies and local legislation for JDE business in UA, in areas of:

  • Procedural (processes and documents) support as Marketing administrative specialist;
  • Handle all documentation related to marketing projects to ensure execution of marketing projects on time and in compliance with external (legal, tax, etc.) & internal regulations and policies; initiate updates & improvements of process where possible.
  • Agency Relations Management in terms of document flow;
  • Internal & cross functional cooperation on process; lead cross functional discussions to identify and agree approaches to project implementation (in terms of law and accounting regulations) and necessary process and documentation;
  • Establish and ensure regular tracking of key KPIs: full documentation flow on projects, payments etc., ensure proper project documentation availability, tracking and archiving;
  • Marketing Team training and consultation on legal, tax aspects and their influence on planned activities (with help of respective functions);
  • Participate in the process of key templates development and update (eg. Contracts, Annexes), formats, processes for UA;
  • Technical support to Marketing function (ensure full cycle docs flow process and timely SAP transactions);
  • Coordinate alignment of cooperation schemes with Agencies;
  • Ensure compliance vs. JDE policies via leading marketing self audits;
  • Agency contracts handling and updates

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics / Finance;
  • Basic understanding of Marketing processes and activities;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in same areas
  • Good knowledge of Documents flow, Taxation and Legal aspects of contracts creation;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Communication and presentations skills;
  • Oral and written: English - intermediate, Ukrainian – Fluent;
  • Can do and positive attitude, ability to manage different tasks simultaneously, team player, attentiveness to details.
