Job Description

Qualifications

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of the local organization strategy:
  • Jointly determining strategic choices and implementation of the HR policy with the Management Team.
  • Provides expert knowledge to the local management regarding associate engagement issues, organizational structures and change projects.
  • Functions as an internal/external contact point for HR legislation issues/questions, questions regarding HR themes and processes. This in order to guarantee correct information flow and process continuation.
  • Coordinate, improve and implement the specific HR processes. Provides expert knowledge to the local management in managing local labor relations.
  • Monitors compliance of local HR policies, procedures and documentation with local regulations and proactively flags issues of non-compliance. 
  • Leads as expert the cultural transformation, designing the local plan or executing the global initiatives locally, supporting the HR Director and GM.
  • Conducts surveys of employees' attitudes/opinions/needs, and implementing actions plans to improve employee engagement.
  • Determines together with the management team the organization design to support the business model
  • Supports organization in all steps of employee life cycle from hire to retire.
  • Facilitates the talent management processes with the management team
  • Identifies development needs of employees in the business unit and career/development plans with the related managers;
  • Defines proactively succession plans and ensures pipeline health together with the management team.

Additional Information

-           Knowledge of HR processes;

-            Experience in an international company is a must;

-           Proven experience in cooperation with management team;

-            Experience in project management;

-           Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools;

-            Excellent communication skills;

-           Good knowledge of English.
