· To develop and agree competitive strategy within defined region aligned to the overall Marketing, Sales (both Retail & Professional) strategy. To use all possible sources of information to assess potential of defined customers within the assigned region.
· To ensure high quality management of sales in assigned region by leading negotiations that result in annual contracts on assortment, placement of product and promotion activity.
· To establish effective relationship with clients\business partners in order to ensure the highest quality of obligations fulfilment, sustainable business results, profitable partnership, and secure availability, visibility, volume and share objectives.
· To strengthen business relations with clients management across all channels within defined region ensuring that professional expertise and consultancy is timely delivered.
· To ensure proper data collection, consolidation and analysis in order to ensure nation-wide integrity and consistency of critical business data (programs and plans).
· To establish effective partnership with distributor sales execution team in order to achieve business objectives.
· To act as the first contact to new and potential clients to ensure smooth and effective interaction and effective decision making.
· To ensure proper level of control over the contract agreements fulfilment by means of regular performance and results (audits and store-checks).
