Shopper Marketing Specialist
Job Description
This role guarantees the perfect in-store presence of Coffee and Tea categories, planning and using the right communication tools in retail shopping occasions.
• All shopper marketing actions of Retail TR in Coffee and Tea categories.
• Responsible for Perfect Store KPIs execution and continuous development.
• POP, POS materials, commercial branding materials, instore events, secondary display management and tracking.
• Touching every areas where shopper is in through the assigned budget.
• Flow of shopper marketing tactics to the merchandising field force.
• Managing the Retail A&P budget inline to the directions of JDE WoW and Marketing team.
• Detailed execution and tracking of shopper marketing agenda.
• Managing the relations with POP and System Suppliers/Agents, JDE Procurement, RSMs and KAMs for shopper marketing, Field Force (Merchandising SPVs)
• Lead the in-store execution of NPD launches
• Collaborate with global shopper marketing teams and best practices.
• Foster strong working relationship with 3rd party service providers, POP material producers
• Identify the in-store opportunities in all related sub channels (MT, RKA, TT) and create projects to utilize those opportunities.
• Translate commercial strategy into merchandising excellence.
• Development and execution of POP initiatives based on Shopper understanding; shopper conversion rate.
Qualifications
•Minimum BA-BS
• Several years’ experience in Shopper Marketing and/or Trade Marketing with Perfect Store project experiences
• On top to Shopper Marketing, some sales experience in FMCG is welcomed
• General knowledge in Consumer Packed Goods Industry
• General understanding of Supermarket and Grocery channels, Turkey
• Multinational FMCG company background preferred
• Fluent English
• Excellent command of MS Office Tools
• Strong influential skills, very good communicator, able to fully engage key stakeholders for implementing JDE strategies and deliver KPIs
• Accurate, resilient, flexible thinking, highly analytical
